Bringing Everyone Back Together Safely
As lockdown measures start to ease UK Scouting is working with youth sector partners and the National Youth Agency government body to understand what a safe return to face to face Scouts.
There is a framework and set of guidance on how elements of face to face Scouts could take place and the safety measures we would need to take into account.
We have provided below information from the Scout Association and from GOV.UK

In Lincolnshire, we're looking at a number of ways we can to support local sections and groups within each of the Districts during this unusual time, by providing access to systems and resources that will give more options to continue the activities you may wish to pursue. Check this page regularly, as it is being continuously updated with new information.
Following the advice to suspend all face-to-face meetings, activities and events many local, national and international events have been postponed or cancelled.

The County AGM is due to go ahead on September 27th 2020 as a virtual meeting.

Cancelled
A decision has been made by the organisers to delay the 16th World Scout Moot by a year to 2022. All applicants have received an email with more information and next steps. For more information visit the UK Scouts Contingent Moot Website.
We have created Scouts email accounts for all members that can be used as your log in credentials to access additional tools that can help you host meetings.
Teams - allows you to host meetings and webinars remotely both for members and the public.
Workplace – can enable video calls just like Facebook and messenger provision but restricted to Lincolnshire Scouts volunteers only without any public access. Perfect for sharing programme resources, ideas and messaging contacts.
Because of the accelerated programme we don’t have any guidance documents. However, it’s a service available to all so here’s some generally available information.
